Heirloom shards

I know this sounds stupid but can i please have heirloom shards i cant afford to get more packs and i dont have the time to play i just want one purely for cosmetic and to finally finish a 3 year journey of trying although i havent leveled up alot i understand if you cant give me these heirloom shards but its ok i atleast tried.
