Heirloom
I don’t have a heirloom yet. I open more than 500 apex pack and still nothing please help me or give me one I’ve bought so many packs just doesn’t make sense please Apex please!!!

if you haven't received heirloom shards yet, then you haven't opened 500 packs quite yet. Please be patient, as it can take a while to get to that amount.
