Heirlooms don't transfer on cross progression.

Honestly feel like I have been scammed by EA here. Should I have spent the money that I did? Perhaps not but that is also not the point. I enjoy this game and have the extra money to spend it on what I want. They implemented cross progression but they are telling me that my Heirlooms and Prestige skins that I have on my Xbox account will not transfer to my PC account. That is ridiculous to me. The only thing you care about in the game doesn't transfer? Absolutely wild. Again, feel like this is just a huge scam. Has anyone else had this issue?

Note: The transcript has been edited to take out my email addresses associated with the account but I was basically told that the thousands of dollars I spent on said heirlooms and prestige skins are lost. Absolute scam artists.

I used to play on xbox but switched to PC. I did not receive cross progression on my account even though they are linked. I have quite a few heirlooms and mythic skins on my xbox account that I would like to have on this account. I'm wondering if there is a way to get those or if im just out of luck with it. If i am out of luck that is rather upsetting bc i probably have around 2000 dollars into my xbox account for this game alone. Not to mention what I've bought on my PC account.

Johnny Enrique (5/15/2024, 10:55:25 AM): Cross progression is use at the moment to level up, play under different platforms and get xp. But the currency and some skins will not carry over, since are attach to the platform you are playing

Since you've asked for my gamertag I can only assume, and correct me if I'm wrong, you can see the heirlooms I have on my Xbox account and my PC account. Correct?
