Heirlooms missing

So I signed back in after about 5 years and my heirlooms are missing. I just had lifelines and octanes heirlooms. I used to play on ps4 then signed in on pc but all of the accounts are linked together. Can I please get the heirlooms back? It says there locked like I never had them before.

    Hi rmorelandii,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing what's happening with your account. I can only imagine how devastating and stressful it must be to log in after 5 years and find your hard-earned Lifeline and Octane heirlooms missing, especially when you remember having them unlocked and are now seeing them locked as if they were never owned.

Because this involves account data, transaction verification, and personal information, we are unable to access your account, check purchase history, or restore missing items here on the public forums due to vital security and privacy guidelines.

Missing items and progress of this nature when transitioning from PS4 to PC is almost always linked to your platform accounts being connected to different EA Accounts, which prevents cross-progression from syncing your items. To help get your heirlooms back, I recommend checking out our official troubleshooting guides:

If you can’t identify or access the original EA Account, select Contact us at the bottom of the guide for account recovery assistance. If live chat hasn’t helped, you can also use the webform.

Please have your transaction history and any proof of ownership ready for our advisors, as they will need them to verify your account details and investigate the server logs. I truly hope they can get this sorted out for you as quickly as possible.
