How do I get my heirloom shards? I’ve opened and paid for more than 500 and still haven’t gotten them?

You probably won't. I opened over 500 packs as well on November 30th on my PlayStation , but they say it's a "bug" and they refuse to fix it. They also were dumb enough to ask if it was in the policy for the guaranteed heirloom at 500 packs, even though it's never changed for the past five years
