EA_Mako, my case has been overturned, but I'm still banned in game and my account has been reset to level 1. I've contacted the TOS team several times, but it's not working. I've been stuck with this problem for months now, help me with this please, thank you!
Len1tnEs According to your screenshots, you had been banned twice prior to Cross-Progression being rolled out to everyone's accounts. (Which sadly, the Cross-Progression process didn't include any banned accounts, (or accounts that were previously banned)).
If the progress was from after the second ban up until the most recent ban, did you unlink any of your platform accounts?

Len1tnEs From what I understand, progress made on the account that was banned in August and in October of 2023 had its progress excluded from Cross-Progression, so if that progress is what's missing, then its gone as Respawn didn't merge it.

If you had ever unlinked your Steam Account, that can also cause loss of progress, (which sadly, any loss of progress cannot be restored as its saved to your EA Account's cloud, so if the cloud isn't loading the progress, there is no progress to use).
