HELP! Game crash

I just bought a new laptop.I played apex legends with my friends one time and at the next day the game suddenly has the cras problem. It says integrity error. and i encountered something like 000x8 (i forgot the serial number) and the game crash. now this is the main problem everytime when i launch from falling , the game crash. the game does not crash when i play in firing range.  i got a screenshot for you, i hope this can reach to anyone and help me.I tried the method verify game's file integrity on steam but it still happen.please help me.
