Help please

Hi i used to play apex on xbox back in season 1-5 since then i have gotten a pc, It gave me the prompt to merge accounts today after doing so it said it was going to merge my xbox account into my pc, once done though i haven't received anything from my old xbox account. Both are the same EA, it came up my xbox name and said it was merging it no problems but yeah nothing received once it was done. Hope this can be fixed thanks i haven't unlinked and re linked and my xbox account had alot more games and items also so i dont why why it merged into my pc and lost the xbox stuff. Also when i look up my xbox account name on the stat tracker it brings me to my pc account. Hope can be fixed soon thank you. Pc Fotza And Xbox Fotza1
