Help plsss! Crashing in the lobby
I installed the new version of Apex—the new season—today, but as soon as I enter the lobby, the game crashes and closes on its own. I even reinstalled the entire game, but the same thing keeps happening.

Dear EA Support,
My EA ID is ouoi77u (Steam:1583536772), email [edit: email address removed]. My account got banned on Nov 3, and I request a manual review.
I have never used cheats, macros or exploits, and I only use this account myself.
I believe this is an EAC false positive from accelerator or background software conflicts.
