The game is fully freezes or drops frames before 13-21.

The game completely freezes(only reboot helps PC) or loses frames up to 13-21(only reboot helps PC) and the computer stops responding to the keyboard/mouse outside the game. The game works correctly only with a  reinstallation before the first reboot of the PC. It started when Jav AC was added.

This just happens at some random moment and does not depend on anything (ig), it can happen either 30 seconds after starting the game or after 1.5 hours of playing
