Help recovering an account
ea help is a joke i have only 2 emai or ea account one is my main and other is for which i get banned
my main 1 got totally change the email to temporaty mail which is znemail
i reach ea help but to no luck they cant do anything about my information about that my main account is not a match in my information
i know thats my main account cause totally my ea id
maybe after jan 22 i try to relink it again to my main account if its still not work its time too unistall the game

To clarify, are you saying you have one account banned, and another that you are unable to access even with support?
If you have a banned account and believe that was banned incorrectly, you're welcome to appeal with our Terms of Service team using the link below:

If you're having trouble getting into your account otherwise and do not have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll need to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take another look at the situation.
