Hi can I get banned please ?

Hi,  

I’ve been blacklisted from normal and ranked queues for supposed cheating but haven’t been provided a burden of proof, explanation or any form of communication.  Not even a ban.

I was offered 15% discount for any ea game by ea advisor Bc they were unable to help me.  But I already have bfv and that game sucks.  So, per ea advisor suggestion I started another account where I am now lvl 40 and at the start of diamond rank.

ive offered video clips of my kovaks or clips of my in game play but have not been given a response. 

Sooo, can I please get banned instead? I find myself wasting time scouring the forums for answers but it has been just a waste of time.

    Hey @chicagoFPS 

    So I'm guessing this is the "Anti Cheat Integrity Check Violation"
    This is not a ban but a result of a issue with EAC on your computer.

    This issue can easily be solved and only takes a few minutes.

    Make sure Windows is up to date.
    Install all updates and restart Windows

    Repair Corrupted or missing Files
    Run the following command with Administrator rights to repair corrupted system files.
    sfc /scannow

    Resolve Virus infections

    This error may possibly indicate a virus infection in the system. If the error persists, we highly recommend running a full anti-virus system scan.

    Follow this guide for instructions on removing malware from your system.

    @Zeelmaekers Nahhh, ty for commenting. Respawn blacklisted my account. Someone else confirmed this was a manual blacklist by dev as they were having exact issues as myself.

    The video I posted was about an error respawn dev made by manually banning a player. Only for the player to be manually unbanned by another dev without having to go through an appeal process.

    This shows that respawn devs are capable of banning without properly investigating players. The manual unban shows favoritism towards streamers.

    I believe I have over $300 spent across both my main and my alt.   Im also going to dispute the $300 spent for a full refund

    After seeing the video link I posted, I’m not going to play apex anymore.  I literally stopped playing FN and pubg in order to focus more on apex.  Never been blacklisted or banned on either accounts either. 

    Apex Seriously needs to stop cheaping out and come out with a kill cam already.

    Hey @chicagoFPS 

    The error code you got is not a banned account code.
    If a user is banned the banner would say: "The clients game account has been banned: (reason or banned).
    Every ban is reviewed by the ToS and they would only ban if there is enough proof when they user broke the Code of conduct.

    The error message indicates a problem with the EAC installed on the local computer.
    This can be to Corrupted or missing files or by not having latest software installed.

    Follow steps in my first post for how to fix them.

    If you start the game and you have the error code: The clients game account has been banned: (reason or banned)
    Then you got banned and would have a mail in your inbox containing all information about the ban.

    Then you can contact the ToS team to appeal the ban, this can be done with the link down below.
