High Latency

This has only been happening since "The Old Ways" update:

I've been getting Latency issues, which I feel in-game, although the in-game ping is only 53ms with a 0% packet loss rate. I've tried going through the basic troubleshooting guide at the EA Help website, checking my internet through online speed tests and UOTracer and re-installing the game, but no issue was found.

I'm out of ideas at this point, is there anything I can do?

    I play on PC.

    I just got around to playing today, and the problem seems to have gone away. I checked what's up with my internet provider, and they said there weren't any problems, so I guess the problem just solved itself. 

    I'm worried about what to do if it happens again, though.  

    Should I just mark the problem as "solved" or something along those lines?

    I'm glad to hear it seems to be working better for you now. Hopefully it was just a temporary hiccup of some kind. If it does start happening again feel free to give us a shout!

  • Hi I keep geeting a high latency issue with Apex Legends, I am using the Singapore Server with 53ms 0 Packets loss, I have no internet connection issues and this started this week for Season  5, I could not get a decent game. The game freezes after a match regardless if it is a win or a loss. I would have to force close Apex Legends and relaunch. I have tried everything but still getting the same issue. Please help.

    Which platform are you playing on? Have you had a chance to try any sort of troubleshooting at all since it started happening?
