High latency/ping on Apex Legends

Hello, having the same ping issues here in Brazil as well. Low ping (30~50ms) in server selection, but when the match starts im getting 150ms average...
I tought it was something to do with latin america only, but seems to be happening in EU also... Hope this get's fixed soon, sucks to not being able to trust apex updates =/

Same here. Played this game for three years now. I play (at some distance) from the Singapore servers, pulling 80 - 100 ping, but over the last 2 weeks that suddenly spike to between 200 - 350, completely unplayable.

Have the same issues as before with the new seasons that got introduced with the hyperion anticheat and after force update of KB4534310, every some 20 sec the game do a short freeze.

Have a RTX3070 and gets well over 100 fps, played every season since one with not much problems and smooth.

Do run a on a trimmed down win 7 ultimate. I do notice a very rather bad cpu usage, but the game is smooth between those short freezes.

I hope you will get this fixed, I do love a good anticheat  but not of the cost of making the game unplayable. I have tried the suggestion found in many other threads since hyperion and then some. I have my roots in software but as it stands now this is unfortunately nothing that I can fix, this

I think in the current economy you will not force that many onto win10,and the game is not that hard on hardware, I would love to continue to support the game and have played spread out of every season expect last part of season 13 due to the introduced problem after the 27/7 patch.

Check this thread, I guess you have not played since patch 27/7 when it all started and never ended.

This is identical to my problem, including the time frame, I'm on windows 7 pro. 

Sir, just because you post on and on the same thing over and over again doesn`t solve the issue, the games that i played they all seem to be over 170 ping, i have the best internet in the entire EU and you are keep plauing the troubleshoot card, it`s not my internet, you guys queue up us with the console lobby players that`s why we have those pings, we don`t want crossplay and we don`t care about their lobby`s, take that * out please!

It's insane how after all this years they still couldn;t do a single thing, fix up the servers. They have no knowledge of the matter and just lazy to even investigate, all they know is "copy paste this, copy paste that, and that's it, I've rezolved the issue". I got into a fight with my provider demanding to double check and make sure that problem it isn;t from them, and guess what, it wasn't. Another thing that I've observerd, everytime I'm playing Pubs, the servers are ok-ish, as soon as i switch to ranked, those servers are just dying. Like, it makes no sense how this game can be so *, they don;t care about the gameplay itself, all they care about is the money they can make of skins and controller enjoyers. I've tried all the troubleshooting guides that were offered by them, I've tried to just live with it, I've tried to contact them for help, but no, not possible. I'm getting tried of everytime i wanna play something I always give one more chance to this game. Disapponintment.
