High Lobby Ping (300ms) and Disconnection Issues in Apex Legends

The ping in the lobby goes up to 300, and it takes a long time to find a match. Even if I do get matched, the ping jumps to 300 during the game and it eventually crashes. In other games, my connection is stable at around 20 ping. I’ve tried restarting my PC, reinstalling the game, and even switching accounts, but nothing has improved the issue.
