High packet loss and ping

This is a network issue.
The causes of packet loss are often the same as the causes of any network problem. The underlying problem is often network congestion.

Another likely cause is a bad cable, Wi-Fi connection, router, or network card. If any part of the connection is damaged or corrupted, packets may be lost there. You should try switching from a wireless connection to a wired connection or disconnecting it to see if that solves the problem. However, this can happen on both your personal network and your ISP's network. In fact, it is quite likely that it is your ISP's fault. They may have a bad cable running to your home, or they may have a problematic or inadequate router in their system. Depending on who your ISP is, they may not be too willing to help you troubleshoot the problem, but you may have to call and ask them to troubleshoot the problem on their end if you know it is not yours.

-Reinstall the drivers from the official motherboard site.

-Check the router again

-Replace DNS and clear the cache. This is a network problem. If you only try to enter the DNS address in the IPv4 properties. Primary DNS 8.8.8.8. Additional 8.8.4.4.

-Temporarily (for testing) use a connection with another provider.
-Replace the provider.
