High packet loss only on apex

Lately I've been having issues with high packet loss just in apex legends every other game is fine and when I checky wifi statistics I have 0 PL when I launch the game and I go to chose a server it says I have 0 PL but when I get in a game it spikes up to anywhere between 50-70(I play on eu). The only way to fix it is by switching to another server and then switching back to the eu server the problem is I don't know when it will occur and it's really frustrating. I have restarted my console (Xbox series x) , restarted my wifi , restarted them both and nothing ever works .Is there anything else I can do to fix it
