ive been having the same issue seems like it started with the newest season for me maybe im wrong i seen an older thread with a load of solutions for when this happened in the past apparently tried them all with no good luck and now even matchmaking is taking 30+ minutes
Yeah it all seems to have stemmed from the recent smaller update that went live along with the server issues that all occured in the past week, a little bit after the actual big season 11 update. That seemed stable and I didn't seem to be seeing people complaining about this specific issue then. Hopefully some answers soon.
