Account miss
I have a problem with my Steam account in Apex Legends. When I logged in to EA, all my progress was deleted, and my account reverted to a new one, even though I paid for the account and played for over 500 hours.

Hey abu3zoz,
You mention that you "Logged in to EA". Do you mean that you unlinked you Steam from its original EA account and linked it to a new/different one?

Hi I don't know how to make a post on the forum but I am having the same problem I lost hours of my old progress from when I was playing on PS4 on the same email now all I'm getting is a blank account on PS5, I don't know what to do I spent a lot of time trying to see how to fix it but nothing seems to work my account is the same idk what to do

Hey Kkablant,
It sounds like you might be playing on the wrong account after all. There shouldn't be any issues going from PS4 to PS5 on the same account at all, unless you unlinked your PlayStation account and linked it to a new EA account.
Just to check, do you have any other PlayStation accounts that you might have used in the past? If so, could you try one of those?
i have his exact same issue on my ps4 i have hundreds of dollars on my account how do i get it back
I tried every account I had, none were it this one this is it how can you tell me it's not
