Higher average FPS on second account than first

I've been playing Season 7 on Steam and am enjoying it so far, but I've been encountering lower FPS overall, especially noticeable in the lobby menu where it runs at a choppy 24fps on my first account and much higher on the second account. Using the exact same video settings, advanced launch options and everything. It's on the same computer using the same installation of Apex as well, so I doubt it would be the issue there.

    Bumping this post with an update, I reinstalled Windows 10 and reinstalled Apex Legends, not much difference at all. Main account lobby FPS is sitting at ~25FPS but second account is sitting at 70+FPS.

    Hey, would I be right to guess the account with the lower FPS has a lot more friends?

    There's an issue where a large friends list is affecting lobby performance. A patch was released that did help with it for a lot of folks, but for some, the issue persists.
