Hong Kong's servers are full of automated robots

I'm writing to appeal the ban on my EA account, which I used to play nearly 6,000 hours of Apex legend. I'm a big fan of this game and I've reached level 1100. I also spent a lot of money on the game, even topping up over $5,000. I have invested a lot of time and money in this game and I have never broken any rules. I think the reason I was banned was because I had a game in the arena and all my teammates and opponents were AFK. They seemed to use the script to automate ATK, so I kept killing them with head shots and got over 100 people killed. I didn't cheat, just because my opponent is AFK, I can get such good results. Maybe the anti-cheating system detected an anomaly in my game data and blocked me by mistake. I hope you can check my account and information carefully, and help me to lift the ban. I like this game, I want to continue to play. Thank you for your attention

    Hey.

I understand that you have some concerns regarding the ban of your account, and I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we can't help with this issue on Answers HQ. However, I suggest getting in touch with the Terms of Service Team to request a review of your account. They'll be able to look into the ban and see if there's anything that can be done. To find out how to create a case with them, simply head over to the EA Help website for more information.
