Horrendous network issues. Can't even pick a legend.

TL;DR: all 4 symbols of network issues, only in apex.

My game has been running fine up until the end of the previous season. I stopped playing back then because discord would lag extremely hard during a match to the point that my friends would hear my voice in a 30+ second delay. Never had this problem in any game besides Apex.

Wanted to hop back to the game, hoping the issues were patched, but the connection issues are off the roof.

Let me share my walkthrough:
Opening the game, choosing my server (which all of the are fine, meaning it's written that the ping is fine and 0 pack loss), and getting in.

2 options: either I have an immediate disconnect before even reaching the main menu, or I reach the main menu.

If I manage to reach the menu, I press play. Now I have once again 2 options: either load a bit then have a disconnect, or it manages to find a game.

If I manage to enter a game, I can't even pick a legend. The game just stuck on the waiting for players screen for a while.
After a while, I finally reach the dropship section. The whole game just lags constantly I can't even move my camera smoothly, let alone actually jump from the dropship.

If by some miracle my teammate is the jumpmaster and he jumps, I wouldn't even know until I'm suddenly on the ground.
Then, everything stutters, I have all 4 symbols of internet issues, I can barely move my character or camera.

Oh, and of course it's likely to disconnect me from the match (7 out of 10 tries).

These issues occur ONLY IN APEX. Every other game is completely fine. Titanfall 2, CSGO, Destiny 2, anything.

I have never experienced such severe network issues in any game in my life.

The is, in the full sense of the word, UNPLAYABLE.

ps: I have done the default troubleshooting the community manager always links and contacted my ISP (they didn't see anything wrong)

    Hey @BUNND0G,

Having all four of those connection symbols showing up certainly isn't normal, so if you've already gone through the basic troubleshooting steps you mentioned, we'd definitely want to try and see what's going on there.

Are you able to grab and attach a UOTrace file so we can get a better look at the route your connection's taking to the servers?

    Thanks @BUNND0G!

So these are definitely showing quite a large amount of packet loss. Just based on this your home network connection (router) is fine, which is likely what your ISP looked at to tell you everything seemed ok.

Just a couple hops down from that however, we do see some extreme packet loss in multiple locations. This is well before your connection's even reaching our servers which unfortunately means it's not something we have any control over. Reaching back out to your ISP to speak with someone that can read a traceroute or pathping file and showing them this info will be the best way to go.

While much of this is likely outside your ISP's direct network as well, they'd need to chase this down on their end to get in touch with the providers of those hops having issues.

The only other steps we could really suggest in the meantime would be any of these troubleshooting steps  you haven't already tried. In particular flushing and changing your DNS would be the things I'd look at if you get the chance.
