Thanks! I appreciate that.
If you haven't already can you try setting a different DNS on your PS5 to see if that helps? I've seen some cases where changing the DNS can help with issues like this. You can update the DNS using the steps below:
- Open your PS5 Settings
- Go to Network
- Select Settings on the Network screen
- Select Set Up Internet Connection
- Choose the network you're connected to
- Select Advanced Settings
- Select DNS Settings
- Choose Manual
- Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but I've heard that using the Cloudflare DNS resolver can also help (Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1)
- Select OK
Let me know if you're still having any of the same problems afterward. Thanks!

Hey @TheHeartbound,
Thanks for sharing that. Sorry about the delayed reply.Where are you located, and who is your internet provider if you don't mind me asking?

I have Comcast Xfinity. I have never had any issues up until this recent season launch. I've tried literally everything at this point and I feel like I'm out of options. I guess I just won't be playing Apex this season. Is it possible to get a refund on my battle pass purchase?
