The support here is actually hilariously trash.
worse yet, I see most of the staff just telling you to google it and come back with the answers for them.

Advising to try on the lowest setting based on OP's device should cause different performance however if it acts the exact same we may need to look at drivers or hardware. If it performed better, then we can look at a specific setting causing the issue.

I can go through every one of your suggestions to players and its the same script each time.
The game itself has issues that players cant resolve.
Servers.
Forced fullscreen optimization.
Ive had to search high and low for ways around the nonsense the game seems to do.
With a few programs you most likely don't recommend people try so i wont name them. Actually fixes many issues.
I have not once seen staff recommend them.
This is your job and i get it, but its like telling someone that you will go look for an item in the back and just walking straight out saying, sorry none left.
