how do i call or at least have a live chat with someone to address my problem

i have been trying for 2 days to find a tech support number or at least a live chat but ea has made it intentionally hard to find it if it even exists, although they claim it does on their website i ...

Hello @_nico_wize_1,

not every option on the EA website gives you the option to start a live chat - it depends on the issue. Sometimes you only get the option to send an E-Mail or are directed to here in the forum.

What is the issue you're having?

hey thx for responding. im having trouble with massive lag during gameplay AND lobby when i had no problem before, it renders the game unplayable. i have turned down my graphics and even used a vpn but no luck. plz help
