Thanks Dave for the reply, but this doesnt help, i am still waiting for you guys to tell me WHY it happened? what did you change on that end to mess so many people up? Is it also fair to say this doesnt work how its meant to, asking people to find an account they signed up with like a decade ago? is that really the best ansers EA can muster on this? why have my emails not been answered?
Ur asking me to try a login to an EA account with decade old PSN credentials? what about this sentence makes sense to you? I have an EA account, an account ive been using for months with no troubles, so i ask again what have you guys changed to affect so many people? and why is it down to the players to fix a problem your company has created?
Also, opening hours live chat says 2 hours ago, and i cant contact them still? so no chat, no email, what way do i have to actually get an answer to this then?
and all my cases are marked resolved, they are not resolved, they are in fact the very opposite of resolved.
Also, also, how am i to ind out what email i used to setup the account on? funnily enough i dont remember what it was over 10 years ago. as far as i am aware i still only used the email i currently use, the ONLY shred of evidence left is on your own database, a database i cant pass the security on because i dont have a scooby what the email is. I do however control all personal data on it, including any (long out of date) payment details, which could easily be used as security...
