How do I do it on ps4 do I have to change my ps4 password or what I need help fast
@EA_David just to let u know ive iust given up waiting now, uninstalled, play CoD instead, not like im wing around for ur reply for days on end waiting to rejoin friends that are playing or anything.
You said to me that my email address is close to my PSN ID, so obviously u are able to access some level of the accounts? Is that the level of help expected for everyone else on here? To help me what the email might have been close to like 10 years ago when i made an account that has nothing to do with EA. I am unable to access this email like i said i dint have it anymore. Thats besides the point, the point is like so many others on here im STILL waiting an email from like 3 weeks ago now, go ahead check my account c if theres a pending mail still.
You said i was frustrated, i was, then i got pissed off i was being ignored, now i dont really give a * if u do or dont get back to me. You could have at any point contacted my email and gone through this, it by now should be obvious i am the account holder, shame the customer doesnt dven register to EA unless were not buying enough loot boxes.
Can someone just clear up for me when this happens on ps4 does it indeed bar other EA games? Like if i install fifa will it play? Its an older game but if not i guess legally they have an obligation to actually fix it as its a service i paid for
I tried resetting my password and nothing works, still says that my account is invalid. I have no clue....
I have been getting the same issues for weeks! Now I'm just absolutely fed up with it. It's tiring going through this loop constantly with EA. Im done. I have put so much money towards apex along with a lot of time, focus and energy. Well im done. I want my money back. No more getting anything from me. CoD was always better anyway. EA you owe me over 2000 dollars btw
Little update, and a bit of a hack to u frustrated player
Firstly for those of u who are unable to chat to a live thing, select PC then apex then something to do with money, there are live chats to be found there, and actually this is the 4th EA live chat, and he was actually helpful (gotta happen eventually right), so theres that if ur still in need of help.
Turns out i have to create a whole new email and piece my account together on that, which means hopefully sometime in the next 72 hours ill get an email back, and the laborious process of changing email, fetching email codes, and changing details (reason unknown) but we the players have to fix this issue, EA staff have proved their usefulness here.
To the people taking about legal/compensation... There is no case, EA take no responsibility and officially they are asking us to email the studio of the game, which is weird that its an EA database issue here... but oh ok. Basically they could compensate us, in game, with no outrageous cost to them. I am not asking for 1,000,000 dollar pay out here, but i expect a company providing a service to take responsibility for their own issues, and to act quickly to fix it. This has not happened for the majority of players it seems here
I also want to know exactly why this happened, if my account has been attempted to be hacked i would like details especially since over the last few weeks ive had a few things hit. Given the amount of people this has happened to i doubt its that but still this is my personal data, i have a right to know, the ramifications are if it is a hack its a possible EA leak since the people affected here are EA accounts. Again if EA addressed the issue that is affecting its customer base maybe i would not have these assumptions and doubts.
