How do i turn off text speech on nintendo switch

I need help to turn off text speech on nintendo switch i dont see a opinion to turn it off on the switch and the robot voice is getting annoying

Under settings, gameplay and scroll all the way down - enable accessible Chat Features control text to speech. @draxler_switch

I have it off but i still hear the robot talking when i say something in chat this just started recent when i updated the game not sure if its a bug or a glitch i got so annoyed that i just disable chat if this is a glitch or bug may you guys fix it please? I checked my settings and it says text speech off but i still hear the robot.
