How much longer do I have to wait for an unban?

Question

So I contacted EA around February 1st because my account got banned. Through live chat I managed to prove that my account got hacked but to unban my account I had to contact EA through email and create a request. How much longer am I going to have to wait for a reply?

Also worth mentioning that the person who helped me prove my account got hacked through live chat said they'd submit that info to my unban ticket.

This is completely unacceptable, waiting almost 2 months without a reply? Do I seriously need to look into any form of legal action or what?

@NunexTK Yeah lmao everyone is waiting 2 months. Let us know when you get unbanned, 2 months is the most I've heard lately.

Also, check your spam folder and stuff. A response from an advisor MAY have slipped through. The CMs might be able to do something since it's been so long.

re: legal action. I dunno, something might make EA actually bother.
