How to actually talk to someone and get help?

I have tried that but it keeps circling me back to the AI chat?

LuciferPrime10​ From what I know of, it does that to try and get the right EA Help Agent as if its ban related, you'd want a member of the EA TOS Team, while if its a hacked account, you'd want a member of the EA Support Team.

What issue are you trying to contact EA for?

I got kicked from a ranked game for no reason and lost a bunch of RP

However, if you are wanting your ranked points restored, that sadly isn't something EA's Support Team would be able to help you with.
