How to appeal a ban in Apex?

Because I don't think he can help me in any way, compared to EA, his current customer service is basically no longer online!

I recharged a lot of dollars in EA, but the way he treated me was like plunging me into a abyss!

They will reach back out to you via email, so please keep an eye out for that to arrive in your email inbox or via your case history page here.

You can try using a different web browser, or using an incognito mode window to see if that allows you to submit the appeal while signed out.

Otherwise, if you submit a new case successfully, can you let me know the case number you receive even if it doesn't show up in your case history afterwards? 

And it doesn't have any effect. I have submitted many times, but they all prompted me to wait for contact!😢

Is this fundamentally avoiding problems?
