If possible, it would be best to recover the email address itself.
Failing that, our support team may be able to help you update the EA account email. You would need to pass the account security stage with them first and they'll be able to assist you from there.

im sending this message from the EA account i need help with im able to sign in using Playstation but the email that is linked to this account i dont have access to and it might be impossible for me to access it. is there anyway i can change my email?
Tkfame619 If your EA Account has 2FA enabled, try signing in using your PlayStation Account as the login method:

From here, you would need to verify that you have access to your account's email. However, since you don't have access to your email, you can use the 2FA method if it was enabled on your EA Account prior to losing access to your email address:

In your case, you will be able to login with your PlayStation Account, where you will then open up a case with the EA Support Team.

can someone please reply to my message below ? its 7 days old No Responce. i cant hit the submit button on the support so i cant send it
i still cant change my email address,, can someoneplease change my email address. its been a year i stream and people cant find my stream becasue my game name is wrong. I need someone at EA to change my email for me i have no access to that old Email account thanks if you respond i open a case but its said youl here from us in email.. i dont have access to that email so it pointless Thanks in Advance
