If possible, it would be best to recover the email address itself.
Failing that, our support team may be able to help you update the EA account email. You would need to pass the account security stage with them first and they'll be able to assist you from there.

im sending this message from the EA account i need help with im able to sign in using Playstation but the email that is linked to this account i dont have access to and it might be impossible for me to access it. is there anyway i can change my email?
Tkfame619 If your EA Account has 2FA enabled, try signing in using your PlayStation Account as the login method:

From here, you would need to verify that you have access to your account's email. However, since you don't have access to your email, you can use the 2FA method if it was enabled on your EA Account prior to losing access to your email address:

In your case, you will be able to login with your PlayStation Account, where you will then open up a case with the EA Support Team.

Hi i still cant access my EA account to change my game name. i follwed your link i filled out the online form but the submit button does not work.. I have tried to submit many times but it never works.. I am trying to update/change the email, Due to i lost acces to the email so i cant change my game name and then at some point maybe link the pc game to my steam account, i used to play PS5 console there my Game name is correct but on pc its using my EA username that you see here.
