How to change Language settings on PC?

I can't find a way to change the language of the game on PC.   Origins is properly on English, but the game has no language settings for me to change into English.

    Hey @Themanahguy,  Startup Origin, go to the game library and then right click on Apex, click game properties, a new menu should now be up. Go to Advanced launch options. You should see the game language there. How many options do you have?
