How to change the language of APEX in EA Desktop?

There used to be a way to change it when I was using Origin. But it seems there is no such option in EA Desktop. Is there any way can change the language setting in EA Desktop? I don't want to downlo...

    @YH-Lamy During the install process there is an option for language. If you selected one and need to change it once installed I do not believe their is currently an option to do so.

yeah this is kind of a big problem for me because I live in a foreign country and play at the internet cafes. They always pre install their games in the country's language. Before I could easily change it in origin, but they recently started exclusively using the EA desktop so I'm stuck
