Hi! I have never played this game before, but would love to. However, I am not able to launch the game. Whenever I try to, it’s asking me to reset my password, stating that my login credentials have expired. I actually had to create an account with EA and it’s still asking me to reset my password each time which even after I reset it, it still asks me to reset it again. I am on my boyfriends PS 5 but on my profile and he is able to play this game on his profile. Not sure if that has anything to do with that. Any feedback would be very appreciated. Hey bro!
I also have never plays so I was sad when I could not log in. But my brother (A veteran) he helped me with my problem. So here are the steps.
1 Click forgot password
2 Then go to your outlook or gmail.
3 reset to something you will remember.
4 Click retry then you can finally play!

Hey @indy09brickyard,

If your EA Account is currently registered as a child account, you may see that message when trying to play certain titles online.

You should be able to follow these steps to get the account updated to your correct age if that's reflected incorrectly on your account.

I just downloaded the game, and I’ve been had an EA account and it’s telling me, “Please reset your password” and I’ve never logged into Apex nor played it. This has been a problem for several months.

If you're also having this issue, you should try a password reset of your EA account specifically to get this cleared up.

How to reset your expired password (ea.com)

If you run into any trouble with that reset, you'll need to get in touch with support for direct assistance.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I need help logging in to my EA Account, support will be able to assist further.
