Yup, issue is still ongoing. Trying to see if I can connect to a different server, other than Singapore. As this issue is now on Day 4 and don't see any solutions online.
- hmm i can see when i speak to EA they just give me steps to troubleshoot xbox one. Multiplayer gaming for fortnite and pubg are good. And my question for EA is why need to rest console if it is working fine for other servers.
- @anisshahi20 but for tokyo servers may be latency is high for me and laggy
I managed to get 2 games while connected to the Tokyo server, but only the normal games. Tried all the Singapore and Taiwan servers to no avail. Surprised to face these problems after the game being out for so long.
I have been having the exact same issue for the last four days.Even tried creating a separate thread for it. This is most certainly a problem on EA's end and not on ours.

- @samparksh i tried connecting to London server it connected for me
- @samparksh But you may face lag issue due to high ping, try to connect with server where we reckon the players are more.

Can you attempt these steps and let me know if you're still having matchmaking trouble?
Xbox One:
Power Cycle the Console
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
Clear Mac Address
- Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.
Reboot the Network
- Unplug the modem/router power for about 5 minutes to refresh the network. A fresh connection can help clear up most basic connectivity issues.
