How to link/use the same account for Apex Legends on Xbox and PC?

My question is, is it possible to game on PC and Xbox using the same EA account? So that stats are all on one account? So far I've ended up with two different sets of stats. Thanks Jonny

Leaving apex as soon as cod battle royale comes out. Only because the no cross proression.
