You'll need access to the EA Account if you want to unlink the Steam account from it.
If you do have access, follow this guide on how to unlink your Steam account.
Keep in mind that unlinking your Steam account can result in data loss, meaning you can lose unlocked legends, skins, badges and so forth.
(An EA account can also be linked to one steam account in it's lifetime, so you won't be able to connect another steam account to the same EA account)

- @XHelperZ Hello, I talked to support, but I didn't get much help, they asked me for old information and I couldn't give it because I couldn't remember it
So in short, my Steam account is on a stolen account and I don't have access to it. I guess I won't be able to play EA Games games yet. I just wanted to play Apex
