Huge FPS drops when moving cursor/mouse in games

Hi, this has been happening to me for like a year now but whenever I move my mouse/cursor in games my fps goes from like 120+ to like 1-20 and it is really annoying. I've tried everything anyone can possibly think of and moving over here is like my last resort to find a solution to this problem.

Here's a list of all the things I tried:

Upgraded to windows 11

Upgraded CPU

Upgraded GPU

Upgraded RAM

Cleaned the dust out my fans

Checked for viruses

Disabled the precision pointer thing

Changed polling rate

I had that on windows 11 and reverted back to windows 10. Probably won't ever update to 11.

Seen similar issues on different games on Windows 11, not entirely sure what's causing it. Could you try to remove any M&K software running and turn of hardware acceleration for your mouse. @kaywalke1

@EA_Atic I have already tried turning off hardware acceleration for my mouse, could you give me an idea on what a M&K software is?

For example, I use Logitech software Ghub that I use with my Mouse and keyboard @kaywalke1

Oh yea, I uninstalled that already. Nothing changed :/

I assume its about APEX seeing the video is Rocket league? :P @kaywalke1

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

Yea I first found this problem on Apex then other games started to do it so that's why.

@kaywalke1 after upgrade of the hardware did you reinstall windows?

@kaywalke1 What resolution are you on?

Can you run APEX as Admin and same for Steam/Origin.
