Huge FPS drops when moving cursor/mouse in games

Hi, this has been happening to me for like a year now but whenever I move my mouse/cursor in games my fps goes from like 120+ to like 1-20 and it is really annoying. I've tried everything anyone can ...

Seen similar issues on different games on Windows 11, not entirely sure what's causing it. Could you try to remove any M&K software running and turn of hardware acceleration for your mouse. @kaywalke1

    @EA_Atic I have already tried turning off hardware acceleration for my mouse, could you give me an idea on what a M&K software is?

      For example, I use Logitech software Ghub that I use with my Mouse and keyboard @kaywalke1

        Oh yea, I uninstalled that already. Nothing changed :/
