huge packet loss every server

Hello guys, i'm here to say that i can't play apex since s12 begun, i'm from Brazil and i play in Sao Paulo or NY or South Carolina, and all of them i have this huge packet loss, i don't know why... like 20%-60%, it's impossible to play like this, and i can say to y'all isn't my internet, because i'm playing apex since launch for 3 years and with the same internet... and never had this problem.... so probably it's the game ... can someone help me? 

Already tried: 
-changing DNS to google 8888 and 8844
- open my NAT, and all door of my Rooter 
- called to my internet and asked to make a check up with the EA server
- Reinstalled the game twice, 1 in origin and another 1 in Steam...
- Check file or corrupted files 
- Att my GPU, windows
- changed internet cable

(ps: sorry if i used wrongly "in" or "on" i always make confusion when to use them)
