HWID Banned
Hello,
i randomly got banned on my main account and I got so confused I didn't understand why that happend.
So I opened a case in hopes to get some information and support. EA Support told me that I got banned for cheating.
So I told them that I did in fact not cheat. I've been playing the game since season 1 without any hacks whatsoever.
after some back and forth the support stopped helping me and kept answering with an automated copy paste text.
I talked to my friends about what happend because I've tried creating a few accounts to play apex and all my accounts got banned within an hour (again no cheating, not being toxic , just normally playing the game) so my friends got confused as well and one of them told me that I may have gotten an HWID Ban he also told me that it's kinda suspicious that I got banned right after I bought a used PC. Could it be that the PC had a HWID Ban to begin with? If so what can I do about that? Is there any chance of getting my account back?

If you've already created an appeal to have our Terms of Service team review that situation and the request was declined, you're welcome to submit an additional appeal and another member of our ToS team will take another look at things.
