I am level 454 and I still have not gotten any heirloom shards

Question

I am in level 450 for an event playing for about 6 1/2 years now and I have opened many Apex packs and yet to have gotten even 150 heirloom shards. I don’t understand this and I need someone from EA games to fix this&nbsp;@ea david

@youngpapiii22Is that the first level 454?There are 3rd party sites that can give you a rough idea of where you are in the countdown to your heirloom.&nbsp;

@youngpapiii22 You need to get to level 500 the first time, and have 100%'d most battlepasses and events to get to the number of packs to get an heirloom gaurenteed. As mentioned there are sites that'll give you a pretty good idea of how many packs to go if you enter in all the info, just search it up online if you're curious.
