i have same problem. My account got unlinked from steam and when i try to link it again it says its already linked with a random email i never used

Only one Steam account can be linked to an EA account. You can relink a platform account that has been disconnected from an EA account, but you cannot link another Steam account to an EA account.
There is only one way to solve this problem - write directly to the "EA Customer Portal" (tech support)
