I bought apex coins and didnt receive them

Okay so on February 3rd around 12 am to 4 am I was playing with some friends of mine and while we were playing I bought the Champion edition with the 1000 Apex coin bonus, the $60 apex coin bundle, and then the $10 apex coin bundle. When I purchased them they didn't load onto my account at all and this was even after I played several ranked matches. I went to the EA support page and it said to restart the game which I did 5 times, no apex coins were on my account. So then I read wait 24 hours and they should be there, it's been 24 hours and I still have no apex coins. I've emailed support on Feb 3rd when this first occurred and I still haven't gotten a response from anyone so I', hoping this helps. I would love to get my Apex coins ASAP before the Lunar New Year skins I want are gone, OR OR OR i'd really just want my money back either or I just want a solution to this issue.
