I bought season 6 battle pass and unlocked till level 105 but I don't have skins

As you can see in the attachement I have reached level 105 in season 6 battle pass however I don't have skins from that season and I just reliased that

My EA account ID is Exquency10

Can i get those skins ?

@Exquency10 I'm not sure there's anything that can be done at this point unfortunately. That was so long ago I think you're out of luck.

But I don't understand, these skins should have a database and devs could just run some commands and I would have my skins, it doesn't make any sense I mean why I don't even have them in the first place? I have every season's battle pass I wasn't tracking which skin is from season 6 I thought I had it
