I can open the game with mobile hotspot but not with my wifi.

Hello, 2 days ago I was able to play just fine, my wifi has no problems I can play any other game including other EA titles but in Apex Legends I cant go past loading screen its spinning the whole time, I tried logging in with hotspot and it works but as soon as I switch back to my wifi I cant anymore it kicks me.

Things I tried so far:

Restarting router.

Changing DNS Settings.

Reinstalling The Game both from Steam and EA

Verifiying the Integrity of the files around 5 times both platforms.

Doing the Basic and Advanced connection troubleshooting steps I found on EA Help Center.

SCF Scan.

Clearing the Cache.

Trying Compactability mod for windows.

Starting the game as Admin.

Disabling fullscreen Option.

Reinstalling my GPU Drivers and Checking and Reinstalling Windows Updates.

Removing every single USB except my mouse(TYPE C)

And every other step I found on forums about Infinite Loading Screen problems.

Note: Since 2  days my other friends who are from Turkey like me having the same problem, we all tried these solutions and we all still cant enter to the game.

    Hi there, 

    Thanks for reporting this and sharing all the steps you've tried so far. Since you're able to connect via mobile hotspot, it might be a configuration on your internet service provider. Do your friends also use the same internet service provider? Have you tried contacting your ISP to see if they have made any changes recently that might have caused this?

  • @cfwlevynn I am also having same issue, I Can play (EAFC 25)

    Started once I Upgraded my Home internet speed


    While playing I can play only on Hotspot

    As soon as I connect to My home internet via ( LAN, 5Ghz, 2.4Ghz) it throws the error as EA servers unavailable right now

    EA can’t fix this spend hours chatting with EA team
    Tried all steps you mentioned too

    Same with ISP they can confirm us this is thi issue from their end


    Also, I have a Laptop logged in with same EA account and same game
    laptop also have same issue
