I cannot purchase Apex Coins in Apex Legends.

I cannot purchase Apex Coins in Apex Legends.

I am playing Apex Legends on Steam (PC).

My EA Wallet has sufficient balance, but when I select the Apex Coins purchase I want, I am redirected to an authorization screen. When I click "Allow", it simply returns me to the previous purchase screen and the transaction does not proceed.

This has been happening continuously since last night.

I have already restarted the game and tried the purchase again, but the same issue occurs every time.

Could you please check whether there is a problem with my EA Account, EA Wallet, or the Apex Coins purchase system?

    Hi MISFITS414​,

    Sorry to hear the Apex Coins purchase keeps looping back after you select Allow.

    Since your EA Wallet balance isn’t being deducted and the transaction never completes, this sounds more like the purchase authorization itself isn’t going through rather than the Coins being missing after a completed purchase.

    Please first check your EA Account > Payment and Wallet information and make sure your account region and payment details are correct.

    If the purchase still returns you to the previous screen without completing, please use the Contact Us option at the bottom of the guide so the support team can check whether there’s anything account-specific affecting the transaction.
