i cant access the store or anything on apex

i have had this problem and now I can't put skins on can't change legend and I can't look at battle pass and the store please fix this my stuff keeps loading

Hey @TQNB2003.

Are you still running into any issues when you're accessing the store? Have you had a chance to try shutting down and restarting the game along with your console/PC to see if that helps at all?

I have this same problem.
I have restarted the game, my pc, and tried to repair the game file none of which have worked.

@EA_Kent I just bought apex coins now its just loading and wont let me access the battle bass, store, legends or anything and keeps saying problem processing game logic when i try to press square to go to battle pass season 5

  @V-Bigbird-V I’m having the same issues, I just bought apex coins and nothing loads from the battle * to the store on the tabs

  Hey folks.
  
  There was an issue yesterday that was causing problems accessing menus in-game, including the store. This should be fixed now.
  
  If you're still having trouble pulling up the store today please let me know.

    @EA_Kent still not working. Accessing the store from the game results in Origin window opening and it juist stays white.
